Leading in Fortune 500 companies, Stephanie rose to executive leadership levels based on her ability to lead with empathy and impact — becoming the first woman to hold several global positions. Responsible for developing hundreds of leaders across multiple continents, she designed global strategies with culture at the heart of success. For over 15 years she has mentored Next Generation leaders, guest lecturing on Leadership in Universities across Europe and North America, and designing talent attraction programmes and Emotional Intelligence Leadership frameworks.
