Leading in Fortune 500 companies, Stephanie rose to executive leadership levels based on her ability to lead with empathy and impact which resulted in being the first woman to hold global positions. Driving transformational change, she modeled that you can be powerful, kind and profitable. Responsible for developing hundreds of leaders across multiple continents, she designed global strategies with culture at the heart of the success.
Stephanie has been a mentor to Next Generation leaders for over 15 years, guest lecturing on Leadership in Universities in Europe and North America, and designing talent attraction programs and Emotional Intelligent Leadership frameworks. To further her desire to focus on enabling more human-centric leaders in the world, She founded Agora Leadership in 2021, dedicated to serving this need.
